Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if we anticipate significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Kickwave is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.


3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shotethihai@outlook.com.


4. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is available via USPS. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take additional time.

5. International Shipping
At this time, Kickwave primarily ships within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at shotethihai@outlook.com to check availability and international shipping rates.

For any international orders we fulfill:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us, and we will assist with filing a claim.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery at shotethihai@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Stolen Packages: Kickwave is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at shotethihai@outlook.com or (314) 687-3581.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be subject to a reshipping fee. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).


8. Shipping Restrictions

Set realistic expectations If you are actually shipping from a third-party warehouse (like Amazon FBA), adjust the processing times accordingly. Socks are lightweight, so offering free shipping over a certain order value (e.g., $30) can boost average order value.
Check your actual carrier rates Before publishing, log into your shipping platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to confirm the real rates for Standard, Expedited, and Overnight so your checkout matches your policy.
Add a "Cut-off Time" Consider adding a phrase like "Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day" if you can fulfill that quickly—it's a great selling point.
